You can use this portal to raise support tickets for the Partner Hub team if you are having trouble using Nike's partner APIs.
You need an account on the Nike Partner Hub Support Portal to create, view, and check the status of your support tickets. Reach out to your Partner Engineer to request a new account.
Once your account is created, you can raise a support ticket on the portal where it is added to Nike's internal ticketing system. A Nike engineer promptly accepts the ticket and begins working on a resolution. The portal sends you email updates when the ticket status changes, or if more details are needed.
